- Lisa L Review added: 2018.10.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Beware they do not have a returns service so it is extremely difficult to return anything to them if it is wrong/does not fit. You can use someone like DPD but most carriers like them exclude liability for any bathroom product from their insurance, so if they break it in transit you will not get a refund. This happened to us and cost us £260. I would use someone who is able to assist with returns instead!
- Stu Review added: 2018.08.10★ ★ ★ ★ ★Spent a fortune with these guys. Their products, service and delivery has been A1. The highlight was sales person, Andy White in the showroom. Not pushy, great understanding of Hansgrohe/Duravit products and quick to react to our changes. He even gave the plumber fitting advice over the phone when there were a few questions. Will us them again.
